Run a workflow when a subscription is switched
I was asked previously how to run an AutomateWoo workflow when a subscription is switched since there is no specific obvious option to do that.
Well, I found that you can use a trigger called “Subscription note added”, since there is a note added when a sub is switched. That should work to check for a switch, then do action.
Excerpt from the trigged description:
Fires when any note is added to a subscription. These notes appear on the right of the subscription edit screen. The trigger can be restricted to notes which contain certain keywords or notes of certain types.
